many of the suggestions are good, however i am in disagreement with him on fad dieting and his stance on medication.
he should delve deeper into medication compliance. he doesn't address as much as could be in regards to this issue it's as if he is bashing the medical treatment.
Treatment is something that takes several things and often will work best when the person is using medication to help focus.
I have found a much better source of information from several youtubers.
One to look at is "How to ADHD"

Loved it! Resonates Immediately.
Without being overly critical or applying serious listening, the "skimming" of this book by ear was a gulp of fresh air for me. I have long wondered what language to apply when attempting to explain my behavior. If you seem to work best when you should realistically be preparing for the next day or asleep, if you seem to always forget nearly everything only to remember it all a week or so later, if you are chronically late to everything...my friend, you might be an ADDneck!
