Great story, not so great narration.

Watchman Nee’s life is no Cinderella story. Dealing with the shameful politics of Christian organizations and living in China during World War II presented him with many difficult issues. I learned something about China and about Mr. Nee’s life. I was hoping for a happy ending but that did not happen while he lived, I am sure Mr. Nee and his wife Charity are in a better place now. Difficult to listen to because of the narration, by the time I got to the last chapter I could stand it but maybe it was because the last chapter was the best.
