I've read all of the quit lit books out there, and this on is by far the most effective.. completely changes your perspective about drinking.
Thank you so much William Porter!

Out of 9 addiction recovery books I've read, alcohol explained and alcohol explained 2 are the best. It's a shame they aren't better marketed.

i love this book!!!

This book is about what alcohol actually does to our minds and bodies. It’s based on personal experiences and observations making it very real versus simply theoretical. I’ve listened to both 1&2 and recommend both or at least 2. It convinced me I am worse of drinking with simple truths. I would say if you picked up only one book on the subject let it be this one. If anything will convince you that drinking isn’t worth it, this will.

Common sense and yet a refreshingly-new perspective
