Powerful addition to my journey to sobriety

Listened to it almost in one go. Empowering, rigerous, convincing. Full of tips, motivation and an underlying no bs explanation of why we drink - the social brainwashing that grabs us very fundamentally. It also offers a very clear step by step process for understanding your relationship with alcohol and nuking the beast!

Awesome Find

The author & writer of this book did an amazing job of walking the reader first through his personal experience and making sure to broaden the story from there. The authors personal experiencesc& struggles with alcohol were well related to that kf others.
