Just finished. Feeling pretty confident.

The process of quitting is quite simple when you listen to this book. The points are very clear. It is easy.

After listening to the entire book, the last chapter was the icing on the cake, and left me feeling very confident and without any urges.

I Kanell confidently say, without having to explain myself, I don't drink.

Thank you!

Really helps change your thinking

I love the fact that Alan Carr uses logic and reason rather than guilt and shame. It’s empowering and doesn’t try to engender a feeling of helplessness or reliance on other people to help you. Drinking or not is ultimately a personal choice.

The craving for alcohol is actually a craving for relief of withdrawal symptoms and not a desire for alcohol itself. It’s an ingenious flip of the way I used to look at my cravings and I feel quite liberated and good!

Nonsense

This book rambles for pages and pages and pages without saying anything of substance. He has no secret. It’s a total scam. Don’t waste your time.
