This is a great tool for interview prep I particularly liked the simplicity in which the PEN and STAR methods are presented. One subject I wish that was covered, was what to do if you’re stuck on a question or find yourself stumbling. Otherwise, I would recommend this book.

I bought this book after failing several interviews. I realized that I had not been adequately prepared and decided to try this out. Using this book, I learned several frameworks that I had not even thought of. I ended up getting an interview for an amazing opportunity, and leveraged this book to prepare. I would recommend this book to anyone having trouble landing a job because of their interview skills. After interviewing ++ for jobs I landed an awesome job and did great in another interview after reading this book. I read it 3 times and certain chapters 6 times to really drill it into my head what employers want to hear.

Loved it. Great book for anyone about to interview for a job. Lots of different interviewing techniques including the Pen and Star methods, with good examples to go with it. Take notes as you go, an good luck on that interview.
