it is a good book if you don't know how to clear, or call them in, heal the ancestors, but if you know this info, not much new stuff for me.

I thought this was a wonderful audio book, with some great information and wonderful presentation. I purchased the paperback book, but found I didn't have time to sit down and read it. The audio book was perfect to listen to as I was driving. I've worked with energy work in the form of Body Code, Emotion Code and Reiki, as well as some reading by and classes with, Steven Farmer, so the information wasn't necessarily new for me, but I appreciated how it was laid out and the experiential stories that were woven throughout. Natalia O'Sullivan did a wonderful job of bringing the information to life. When possible, I like to purchase audio books narrated by the author as it brings a new perspective to the material. I would recommend, particularly to anyone who is new to ancestral healing, or is looking for a work that helps to bring personal experiences together.
