It's a pretty decent read, I enjoyed it. Sad the author never wrote a 2nd book in the series. it does end in a cliff hanger.

I enjoyed the different twist on the whole MC usual stereotype in most MC novels but with all the unsavoury parts there was more that drew you in wanting more..

spoiler - the book ends on a spectacular cliffhanger. I don't believe this is a standalone.

I’m really into the author and enjoyed her style even if I didn’t enjoy the plot. I was cringing most of my way through this. The saying ‘cunt struck’ gives me the ick.. actually the way they generally communicate in the book annoyed me. The MMC is unlikable and the FMC has no wit or personality.

Really did like the moments of linking other book characters to this story and the narration was good.
