something to think about

It made me think about my families behavior and things we could do to change it. It was a bit dry and I was easily distracted. I felt I needed a workbook to write things down to get through them or stay on track. it might be easier to have the actual book so I could go back and reread when something comes up.

I love it!

I love how this book helps parents to get to know more about handling and managing their emotions while at the same time helping their children to grow without being disruptive. Keep it up!
