an interesting look at family

not sure how to compare it with War and Peace doesn't have that jarring throw you into the story in the middle conversation and it has a more structured ending I guess it comes down to which is more interesting the structure of the state and it's trials and tribulations or the juxtaposition of a broken family and that of Levin

Tolstoy has quickly become one of my favorites

After War and Peace, I felt compelled to follow up with another Tolstoy classic....Anna Karenina... and It did not disappoint. Much like the before mentioned War and Peace, there are complex human interactions and relations filled with emotion and deep self interspection. The narrator, David Horovitch was truly sublime, capturing the external and internal dialogues perfectly and relayed (in my opinion) the joy and turmoil felt by the characters just perfectly...I highly recommend this book.
