I loved the story as I had never read the actual book. And the narrator was perfect. She captured the various voices, especially Anne's, without overdoing it.

Anne of Greengables is hard to read sometimes, but this audio book really helped me to finish the book for my literature class. The speaker perfectly portrays emotion and keeps it very interesting.

Love this book! Sometimes the pronunciations are incorrect for a Canadian author. Ex: “Premier”, “obliged”, “beguiled”. But it’s a wonderful book and overall the narration is enjoyable.
