Relief in a Book

Listening to John Crawford's Anxiety Relief (with Heart) is like listening to a good, well-informed friend helping you cope with anxiety. His explanation of how the limbic system can hinder your sharp, rational intellect of the frontal lob of your brain in times of high arousal is worth the price of the book in itself. In these times of covid restrictions when the only access to therapy is on the phone, you would be wise, if you are having difficulties with bouts of anxiety and excess of stress, to listen to John (or read his book). I have and have benefited a lot from what John says in such a relaxing, encouraging and supportive way.
