No info offered on what is contained in each unit
Where are the rest of the lessons from 1 to 5? I listened to the first lesson, filled with redundancies which are not needed for someone who already has some other dialect of Arabic.
But I want to know - WHERE IS THE REST OF UNIT 1. It is supposed to contain 1-5 lessons or chapters. No written explanation is offered on where or how to access lessons (or chapters) 2 to 5. If this is too slow for some listeners or learners, then it should also make available the entire curriculum so a purchaser can see what value is being offered for their money.
Unless I am shown the full curriculum for Phase 1 or Unit 1 and have these distinctions explained and detailed - then I am very likely to immediately cancel this program which I only started today. For a heritage speaker, acquiring a different dialect, these considerations SHOULD be incorporated in the program. Not everyone has the same absence of information and not every one is a slow slow slow learner. Some require a more speedy progression.
When it comes to learning, I do not need to hear the p.r. on Pimsler and his method which appears to be outdated since "one size fits all" brains is not appropriate.
Where is the rest of Unit 1, Phase 1 and what are the distinctions between units, phases, and chapters? I need to know what I'm subscribing to before I get lured into a "free" trial subscription.
No answer by tomorrow, Tues. May26th, and I will cancel this trial.
I suggest your business should accommodate the variations of both previous knowledge as well as quicker retention and comprehension by some with a high affinity for languages.
