is crossed my path as an included book - thank you audible, but to be honest it's not my cup of tea.

the narrators are fantastic and the story is actually very interesting. however it's a heck of a lot of violence especially at the beginning.

hea if you're into the baby breeder trope. I'm not so it wasn't a win for me but it's well crafted. I will say though that it is probably one of the worst cover art to story connections I've seen. has absolutely nothing to do with it and I can't imagine it sells many books. but that's an IMHO

I get why other said it could be longer (doesn't seem that way when you see the 11 hrs but it's a slower performance). And the cover really doesn't match the story at all. Overall Not bad but yah I could of used some more story building.

I thought this book was much more enjoyable than book 1. Even though it was predictable and I knew exactly how the book was going to go from the first few chapters, I still enjoyed the ride.

This book could use a trigger warning ⚠️ though as it dealt with a woman being beaten almost to death and then buried alive!

The book had some slow parts but overall was good and seems plausible. The characters personality all seemed to genuinely mesh together as a family!

the story could have been longer and more details added. the ending kina ruined it for me with the threat of a spanking for the child and " Eskimo " kisses. like...get with the times.

the performance was stellar. Stefanie Rose is my favourite female narrator. everything she narrates is elevated.
