Attachment Styles

Discovering the secrets to nurturing meaningful connections and fostering personal growth is a great way to secure lasting relationships. My mom found herself stuck in a repetitive relationship with my dad when my dad was in a wheelchair. I tell my mom not to hesitate to seek help, but to keep building connections even with well-intentioned people. My mom keeps overthinking and stresses herself out by not taking things easy. The author did a great job in organizing this audiobook to research practical solutions to anxious, avoidant, and disorganizing behaviour. It's a great book for my parents.
