Not a high action thriller, but a well-developed and delivered mystery. The characters were authentic, the writing was clean and the plot was almost, but not quite predictable, keeping the reader guessing. Good narration was the icing on the cake.

Good twists and turns. Good character development. A well crafted story. I felt like I knew the characters and liked some of them and disliked others, just like in real life. The author took time with this novel. I will seek him out again. The narration was well done also.

I really like the performances and the characters background stories and motives.

I guess the climax can be a little bit shocking and unexpected but the story tied up nicely at the end.

Appreciate it was included with Audible! Will look for more from this author - who really got the characters dialed in. Especially the Social Justice Warrior type - who are often the nastiest people beneath their performative virtue signalling. Spot on with that character! 😏
Great narration - the different POVs were easy to follow.
