Fantastic book
Fantastic book, however she does layout the formula for habit change as doing one thing per day which doesn’t lend itself to audio book format well. If I had the choice I’d go with a hard copy for this one.

I see the worth in this book
Overall this book was pretty repetitive (and not the mantra sections, they were cool). There was less badassery in this book then others in her series and I kinda miss that. I found there to be too many stories to support the meaning and not a lot of meaning or insight.
This book is good if you like those things with a 21 day set up on how to set goals, get out of your own way, and get things done using simple and rudimentary language.
