Authentic Vulnerability
I thoroughly enjoyed it. over the last decade, I've watched Lilly grow from YouTube to the international stage. I'm very happy for her and I learned new things to allow me to be OK with who I am today. Today's me might not serve me in tomorrow's circumstances. One step at a time.

Simple , yet inciteful :)
This was a very pleasant listen. love the fact that it isnt preachy. Just simple life hacks, in Lilly's fun voice seem achievable. Short ans sweet!

je suis fière de voir ton succès évoluer. Cela m'encourage en tant que femme de couleur aussi. Je regardais tes vidéos depuis le début, Superwoman, je trouve que tu est drôle et intéressante. Lifting
Lilly’s book falls nothing short of the truth. It has helped me see what life is really about and how we shouldn’t be held back by it. For years I have let fear run my life and was a prisoner in my own mind. Held back by the shackles of expectations and rules. Lilly’s book helped me open my perspective and see the true meaning of fulfillment through her wisdom and knowledge. I would like to acknowledge all of the hard work and determination she put into this book. If you are someone who wants to find your meaning in life I would recommend this book. It is a lovely creation and full of mindfulness and meditation to achieve the greatest version of yourself and your life. Thank You Lilly!

Not too deep
I work in mental health. Have done so in some capacity for 21 years. On the plus side, it is clear that the author is sincere and is passionate about her topic.
On the not-plus-side, if the reader does not have other points of reference in their lives that offer a clear sense of values, this book reads as a series of surface statements that might actually leave a person worse off - more isolated and languishing.

Good Read
Enjoyed listening to this in my egg chair swing on the patio with a coffee in hand. Great perspectives and loved listening to her eccentric personality.
Some amazing insights I really appreciated hearing about and resonated with.
