À propos de cet audio
Are you ready to understand the difference between the middle-class and the wealthy?
For years, many of us have been brainwashed into thinking that investing in RRSPs and mutual funds is the only way to save money. Year over year, we pay our bills and funnel money into the stock market, hoping that one year, we will see the return of a lifetime, which we think will make us rich.
While that’s happening, the wealthy are ignoring those rules and instead putting their money to work for them - they are their own bank. They are controlling, growing, and protecting their money, and then multiplying their wealth and their family’s wealth, year over year.
If you are in the first group of people mentioned and want to learn the secrets of the wealthy, this is the book for you. With the strategies explained in this book, you can become your own bank and achieve financial freedom.

If you want to be wealthy, do what the wealthy do! It sounds so simple, but this advice is seldom followed. We have 10 percent of the population controlling 90 percent of the wealth. And what do most people do? They follow the same strategies of the 90 percent of the population that controls 10 percent of the wealth! Ninety percent of millionaires and billionaires became wealthy through real estate. This is a time-tested, proven way to become wealthy.

Becoming Your Own Banker - The Infinite Banking Concept is a text about the power of dividend-paying whole life insurance. This book demonstrates that your need for finance, during your lifetime, is much greater than your need for protection. Solve for this need through this instrument and you will end up with more life insurance than the companies will issue on you. It is not a sales tool for life insurance agents.

America's elite have been using cash value life insurance to stockpile wealth for centuries. Used correctly, it is better described as a personal bank on steroids, and a financial bunker for tough times. To be clear, this audiobook is not about the typical garbage peddled by most insurance agents. Rather, an alternative to the risky investment strategies taught by Wall Street. It details a highly efficient form of cash value life insurance designed to supercharge your savings and stockpile wealth.

Compelling
Good book, short and concise. I wish it went more in depth about using the strategy specifically for real estate. I have purchased the high cash value participating life insurance policy that this book speaks about. I bought it 2 years ago and I’m quite excited to start putting it to work.

A Must Read!
I had never heard of this investment vehicle, and Darren explained it in a straightforward way with many examples. If what he is saying is true. This has to be the absolute best way to structure your finances for retirement investment. I must read for anyone who’s tired of banks, telling them what they can, and cannot do with their money.

Very vague
The book speaks about the concept of high cash value life policy but did not go into sufficient depth and examples of how the exact math plays out over time.
