Story
Alan Bennett reads A. A. Milne's much-loved stories about a small bear and his friends. The collection includes Winnie-the-Pooh, The House at Pooh Corner and A Party for Pooh. What is the connection between a bear of very little brain and a honey pot? Usually it's the very sticky paw of Winnie-the-Pooh, as he takes a break between adventures for a little something. In these stories, Pooh goes visiting and gets into a tight place, Eeyore loses a tail and Piglet meets a Heffalump.

Beatrix Potter Beautifully Brought to Life
Beautiful rendition of Potter's tales. Music was glorious & a wonderful addition. The children, and I were most certainly delighted. The narrators did an excellent job and of course had the proper English voices to read such tales. A treasure to be had by those both great in age who wish to re-enter a golden age of children's literature and those young readers who need to have such fruit to nourish their budding souls. A must for your audio collection to be sure.

Great book!!
Would you consider the audio edition of Beatrix Potter: The Complete Tales to be better than the print version?
Probably. The audio edition has musical and sound effects that makes it more fun to listen to. My toddler son loves to listen to this book. Whenever he's in the car I would ask him whether he likes to listen to music or story and his reply has always been "rabbit story". I have tried to play other books in the car but he would scream and wanted to hear this book instead.

Beautifully read with gentle introductory music for the different chapters. The only thing I don't like is that there aren't chapter names, so you don't know which story it is until it starts playing.

A classic that feels a little outdated
My 4 year old enjoyed it but there were many anachronisms so I don't know how he followed. Many of the stories are kind of wandering and can get a bit boring.
