Thorough manual.

Another great book from the duo of Jeffrey Hopkins and His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Great narrator for a phenomenal spiritual leader. As complicated to understand as it is simple to read. Will be reading this again and again to refer to the contemplations and thorough perspectives and teachings.
