Tom Hopkins has always been a favorite of mine. Years ago I had a CD set that I listened to and now this audio program is similar in his teachings, just in a different approach. It's filled with practical word tracks, sales psychology, humor and all of it is easy to hear, practice and apply for your new sales talk.
