I have yet to hear the end -- that is a good thing

As someone who has tremendous difficulty falling asleep, I have tried dozens of different sleep stories, meditations, essential oils, bedtime routine adjustments etc. This is the first tool that helps me fall asleep quickly and continues to work for me consistently.

This worked perfectly for me

Easy listening to the voice/narrator. Decent affirmations towards the goal of falling asleep. The talking/affirmations were appropriately spaced-apart, so that you had a few seconds to reflect on each one; which helps to keep your focus on the affirmations and falling asleep.

Helpful book!

Hi, I listened to this book for the first time last night. I laid down and wasn’t expecting it to work but I went right to sleep and then when I was sleeping, I listened to the rest of the book and I woke up feeling calm and assured. I am going to listen to this book tonight as I go to sleep. I found the narrator’s voice to be pleasant and easy to drift off to sleep to. I gave the “story” 5 stars even though I don’t remember it at all because I was in a very pleasant emotional state all day today.

This is one of the better night time sleep affirmations. The guys voice is actually pleasant

Not effective.

Constant use of the word sleep became annoying. Narrators voice is good.
I suggest look for something else
