Food for the soul
Ma’s Beginner’s mind is exquisitely told. As a professional musician and piano teacher I agree with all that he says but even if one know little about music one can relate to the excitement of learning and interacting with other people. I met Ma and his cello
over thirty years ago on a plane. He was modest and spoke to people around him asking about OUR lives.

Amazingly tasty meaning
Took me back the most beautiful memories I have, in a journey to my most memorable moments as a child, so please most of this kind of work.

Thought provoking and beautiful.
Loved the easy sound of Yo Yo’s voice and the beautiful music interspersed with interesting stories and thoughts to ponder. As we travel towards a future with some very important challenges for human kind, his sharing has wise keys that may unlock a better future. I appreciate the multicultural emphasis and how he has come to understand the need for conversation and collaboration. His thoughts and learnings from a varied world wide exposure bring a life experience that is rich with gifts of wisdom and insight. There is much to sit with long after the sound of the music and stories have ended. Thank you Yo Yo for being true to your heart.
