I am at Peace

I LOVE Thich Nhat Hanh’s words and wisdom. There were few topics and stories that were repeated from his book “Peace is Every Step”. Still highly recommended

Good.

Something about it must have resonated with me, because I listened to the whole thing in one sitting (I have an embarrassingly short attention span and struggle to remain consistent in even the simplest of activities).
