I have a lot of names these days—including my own, real name. Unfortunately for me, someone else knows that name too; not to mention the names of my other heirling friends. Now those heirling friends have disappeared, stolen by the current King Behind for a fight to the death where only one contender to the throne remains.

Satisfying conclusion to a new favourite series

This was one of those finales that leaves you with a bittersweet feeling; I loved the book, but after burning my way through the entire series in a couple of weeks, it's hard to say goodbye to the characters!

Here's hoping W.R. Gingell returns to this world somewhere down the line.

Very satisfying end to this quirky fun series

This has been an amazing series, with endearing characters, and skilfully brought to life by the narrator. I’m sad to have reached the end of this journey, but I’ll definitely be looking into other stories by W.R. Gingell.
