I'm a sucker for fantasy, romance, and drama. This duology was well crafted, paced, and concluded. This story is one of my new favorites. I will be recommending to friends.

The story was interesting and I just wish I had more Misha and Felicity (they're my fav couple). I was disappointed with the lack of Finn's presence. As tether bonded and King Consort, I was expecting him to appear more at the more climatic events involving Brie. It seems like his character in this book doesn't follow his type of character in These Hollow Vows set.

As for the voice actors, I think it was a bit lacking. I know it's hard to make male voices but I've heard other narrators that do an amazing job for the various voices they do. Unfortunately that's what you get with audible books.

Overall a good book with a bit of ACOTAR vibe to it.
