Someone is stalking the crew of a fishing ship in the small town of Bear Creek, Washington, and killing them — one by one. Only Detective Josh Epstein stands in the way. And it’s complicated. He must work with limited resources while dealing with the emergence of his own ghost-riddled past.
When the crew and owners of the ship remain tight-lipped, he enlists the help of quick-witted D.E.A. agent Paul Ferguson and the enchanting Coast Guard investigator Kimiko Stephens.
