Loved this so much!
I absolutely loved this book!
Was super insightful, gave me flashbacks to my childhood where I actually played with this technique unknowingly.
The exercises are bang on! Being able to feel the energy around me in real time is mind-blowing. Proving to me what I experienced In my childhood.
I listened to most of the book in one day. Took a break to let the info flow in better.
I then bought the book and will now start using this practice in my daily life.

Real Topic, Fake Teacher
The topic of Bio Energy healing is legit.
Unfortunately, this teacher and his photos are either fake or so poorly conveyed that they are not useful. The same photos (in the pdf) are being used on other audible books by other equally shallow authors, making this seem more like a money-making scheme than a genuine account. Good book as a basic intro for the concept. Bad purchase if you want to actually learn the process.

Please change the narrator
My apology for my rude comment, but I have been listening to the audiobook for a while. I find this book could have been great if either Chris Baley is reading it or a woman. I feel like the narrator is reading a textbook with no emotions and no listeners' attachment.

awesome and informative!

Mostly babble and sales pitches
Because I am an energy healer and holistic health practitioner, I wanted to like this book.
I could not. It is full of vague nonsense, with occasional sales pitches.
