The first 80% of the book is a fluffy romance. The last hour of the audio is where the story line actually happens. The narrators voice was excellent though!

While reading, I noticed so many similarities to Carmilla, the sapphic classic. I was surprised by the ending and I did enjoy the dark, tense theme but I wasn't blown away. A nice easy read for those in the mood for it!
