Publisher's Summary
Lt. Raymond Novak prefers the pulpit to the cockpit, but at least his stateside job training B-17 pilots allows him the luxury of a personal life. As he courts Helen Carlisle, a young war widow and mother who conceals her pain under a frenzy of volunteer work, the sparks of their romance set a fire that flings them both into peril.
After Ray leaves to fly a combat mission at the peak of the air war over Europe, Helen takes a job in a dangerous munitions yard and confronts an even graver menace in her own home. Will they find the courage to face their challenges? And can their young love survive until blue skies return?
Filled with daring and romance, Blue Skies Tomorrow will capture listeners' hearts.

really enjoy her books
I love how all this book is exciting and interesting and yet still weaves a wonderful story of God's love and his control when we submit ourselves to him. God doesn't always take us out of our problems but so often he works through them to accomplish greater things then we thought possible

Refreshing
Finally, Sarah's characters learn how they have lived life in unhealthy ways and grow and heal and stretch themselves to break free. Much better than relationship patterns in previous books. Additionally, the story was engaging, intense, and satisfying. A lot of good history in detail.
Lisa does a great job performing this story. Her characters' voices and her acting are good. She does a great job with the German parts.
