Good but MC is annoying

A good performance but the MCs whinging and moaning about morals grew SUPER ANNOYING. I feel like he wasn't this much of wussy. Holy vrap when he is still whining at the 15 hour mark I very nearly dropped this series. I'm holding out hope that the author will move past this phase that has gone on way too long. Seriously. He should have learned his lesson multiple times but doesn't. F he is dumb!!!

This couldn’t be better

It literally couldn’t be better, what the heck can a man ask for? It’s this, this is everything a man could ask for. This book satisfies every single possible want and need that you’ve ever known, that you’ve ever imagined, that you’ve ever hoped could happen. This book is the greatest sequel to ever be released and Phil my boy you’ve done it again, a fantastic performance for a fantastic book. If these keep coming out at this rate I will never want for anything again in life. Sequels to this series is all I ask for to make life worth living, it’s all the world needs to solve its myriad issues. If more books in this series get released fast enough, we might find that the world’s problems no longer exist.

A great end to a second book

The first book cut off abruptly. I feel like the second had a much more satisfying ending. Looking forward to a third!

I wish I could listen to this for the first time again!!

If you on the fence about book 1 or 2 don't be, this book is a fantastic addition to the the first. The author meticulous sells the MC's progression, with every conflict leading you one step down what could be the begin or the end of an amazing origin story! The narrator also dose a ln amazing job bringing you into the world. So far big fan. Also Check out the other books by this author it ant worth missing.

Well done

Firstly, the production rate of this author is insane. I wish I could have the oportunity to pick his (or her) brain about their process for writing stories.

The quality of this book is high and with no added fluff--every hour of this book is the meat and potatos of what you really want to hear (/read).

The character growth is phenomenal as well. But more than just whats offered in this book, the tragectory of the MCs character growth for the next book is perhaps whats most exciting to me.

You can tell this author knows exactly what he's doing with his characters--everything from the overarching story to the more immediate book-by-book arcs, to character growth arcs as well the powers hes slowly gaining, to the specific setup, lore and principles by which the world they live in opporates. This is an author you can trust to give you good pay offs and not waste your time with filler.

one small critique. The way things happened around the end was a bit unexpected for me. Because of the way he was saved from his circumstance, it almost felt like the MC was robbed of the opportunity to avenge himself and proove himself different from the views some of the antagonists in particular held toward Tyron Steelarm. That said, this isn't necessarily bad, I think if the MC acknowledges this in the next book and vocalizes a desire to not find himself in the same situation again, then it could proove to be a key factor for motivating him (along with all the other potent motivating factors we see in this book)

I highly recommend the credit for this book. You will be satistied, the author did such a good job with both books 1 & 2 of this series that I'm at the point were I trust in this author like I do Will Wight (aka: Author of the Cradle Series)

As for the Narrator: All his voices are distinct, consistent, and well executed, offering smooth emersion that will have you sinking into the world and characters of this book in no time.

To the Author and Narrator, Thank you.
