Audiable chump to champ

Great audiable book, I highly recommend for beginners or intermediate level, I enjoyed both part 1 and 2

Let's go!

I have boxed for a little bit now. Great source of exercise. But I wanted to take it to the next level, and after reading part one of this series, I knew I had to get part two! Lots of actionable exercises and material to help you take your skills even higher. Great book!

Defensive!

No matter how good you get at offensive you need to dial in defense. I need to build up layers of defense and most importantly confidence. Training 3 times a week right now and this book is giving me some new technique ideas. Thanks for recording!

Great boxing guide

I loved boxing when I was younger and always thought how to get back into the ring... This audiobook is a great guide if you have some experience in boxing and want to regain and improve your skills. The most I loved parts how to get back in shape and improve both your mindset and reflexes.

A whole new me!

I really can't overstate the transformation after implementing the lessons in this audiobook. The parts on mindset really helped direct my focus through the trainings which made all the difference. I feel better physically and mentally, and I find myself walking around with this unfamiliar confidence. The PDF that comes along with the audiobook is so useful, with pictures and links to add context. Highly recommend!

Serious Boxing Book!

Ready to get in shape and use boxing to help you do it? This book is what you need! This book is very well written! There are so many gems (no pun intended) throughout it. I love there is a segment on nutrition and mindset. Nothing starts without the proper mindset. I thought it was great to show what the top boxing professional boxers are eating. That gives an idea of what you possibly could eat to help your body become a lean machine. The best part of the book is all of it is given in a downloadable PDF so you can see the exercises you can perform to improve your strength and stamina. Great book! Excellent gift idea for that person in your life that wants to get in shape and wants to try something other than the gym…

A great guide for boxing lovers!

I have always wanted to learn more and more about self-defense, and voila! I think this audio is the perfect guide that assisted me with superb boxing skills. I purchased the first version of this audiobook and was waiting for this. This is packed with information on new punching techniques and defensive maneuvers, which helped me improve my boxing skills and stay fit and healthy. This audiobook gave me both physical and mental motivation, and I even gifted both versions of this audio to my brother, who is also interested in boxing. I assure you this audiobook will assist you all the way to fight like a pro and be a champ. Highly recommended!

Changed my approach completely

I thought I had my techniques down when it came to training to box (primarily for the fitness benefits) but the step by step walk through of the techniques involved in this book got me bought into actually loving the practice.

Instead of just getting fit, it got me on board with shadow boxing as if I was in competition, and I know that this preparation will likely lead me to actually competing in the future

Champ in the making!

This book is no joke! For real!! I downloaded this book for giggles. All who know me know I am the least sporty person. I find them not fun; heck, the last time I tried something, I hurt my knee and was out of commission for months. At my job, I noticed that two of the staff would always go out to exercise after work, and I just wondered what it was they did. Boxing! My first reaction was, “not for me.”
One of them smiled and asked if I had audible, that he would recommend an excellent listening book, and to make sure to get the part two, “from chump to champ.”
What a big surprise! This book has sold me on taking up boxing. Just the thought of how incredibly in shape I intend to get. This book also helps you get in the mindset to follow through. This book is an absolute read. It is so well narrated. I find myself going through it multiple times because I enjoy it that much. I highly highly recommend this book.

Amazing Boxing Audiobook!

I love boxing. I have been practicing this sport for years. I love learning more like watching a boxing match on TV.
Empowered. Get in shape by training your muscles. The book has everything for a beginner to be able to become independent on the training bag. I liked the chapter on combinations. I love to hit the bag. After listening to the 2 audiobooks, practice the pads with a trainer. You will feel confident to get in the ring for sparing. I recommend it and recommend the author's 2 books.

Boxing: from chump to champ

Having had experience in this area. I found this book informative, instructive, and helpful in the fine art of boxing. Each chapter gives more in-depth knowledge in the right mindset, exercising, and sparring to become great at self-defending yourself. This would be a great book for anyone of all ages.
