I was let down by this title. I was hopeful at the beginning when she accepted that women can run farms too but she never provides any ideas on how to approach topics of succession, family planning, and a women's role on the farm when she is the manager and main person making sure the farm runs seamlessly. While also dealing with a difficult farm owner who is her father. with how many women I know in ag this perspective was disappointing.

not very helpful for young women running farms
