The twins, under the guidance of their mother, Mrs. Bear, learn important lessons about life and survival in the Green Forest. These lessons include learning to climb up and down trees for their own safety, and avoiding menacing creatures in the Green Forest. Mother bear is stern and when her lessons aren't followed, the cubs are taught the errors of their ways.
