À propos de cet audio

Carl Jung was one of the 20th century’s most significant psychological theorists. He developed concepts we use every day - introverts and extroverts chief among them. Mark Vernon’s eight-part book explores some of Jung’s key ideas and also looks at his relationship with the other giant of the mind - Sigmund Freud.

The How to Believe series of books explores the teachings, philosophies, and beliefs of major thinkers and religious texts. In a short, easy-to-access format, leading writers present new understandings of these perennially important ideas.

Well read with light language. Some bold claims are made that I am not qualified to dispute.

Clear and sharp like a philosopher, yet with the wisdom of a sage. A remarkable defence and exposition of Jung.

Overall it’s pretty interesting. However, the author does not have the AA facts straight and this left me wondering about the accuracy of the other information. E.g, The relationship between Roland H and Bill W was wrong. And the source of the quote that was attributed to narcotics anonymous is actually from Alcoholics Anonymous
