Publisher's Summary
T'was the night before Christmas and all through house a whole family slept soundly, three kids, two grandchildren, a husband and his spouse...
Ezra "Ethic" Okafor and his family are finally complete. After years of loneliness Ethic has met his match in Alani. She's the queen of his castle and is a doting mother figure to his children. Only a few months have passed since they wed, but they've spent them happily and peacefully. Alani can't wait to start new traditions with her family and she is determined to make the 12 days before Christmas memorable for them all.
Catch up with the Okafors as they spread a bit of nostalgia and some Christmas cheer in this surprise release by Ashley Antoinette. Grab a cup of hot chocolate, spike it with something strong (because that's the Ash Army way), hit play on the holiday playlist, and snuggle up by the fire as this novel gets you into the Christmas spirit. Merry Christmas Ash Army!

Bella and Hendrix
Of course the book was good very well written. I love Carrie as a narrator but I think we’ve all gotten used to Nicole she just brings a certain sound that we are looking for. Honestly this book was not needed she already dragged out ethic and now she’s dragging out Morgan in butterfly. Honestly we really are just waiting for a book with Bella and Hendrix. But nonetheless the book is of course a good read.

good book
Wish that Nicole Smalls had narrated this story it would have been so much better. Nicole Smalls is the best narrator hands down. and she would have brought this book to life.

Great Story to Read.....but not listen
This story is a good follow-up to E&A, but the narrator sucks. I know that Mr. Hite has a lot of fans; however, he didn’t do this story justice. It’s a Christmas story and he narrated like it was a eulogy. I read this book first and was really excited to hear it on audible only to get disappointed. So if audible is your first listen, just ignore the narration and focus on the storyline and you will enjoy it better.

Just ok...
I struggled with this one. Not the normal page turner...seemed like a rushed filler...and the narrator...just not that good..

Alittle disappoint
I read the story first, loved it, but when I saw it was on audible I was excited! Soon as I heard the narrator voice I was disappointed. He didn't bring this story to life, like Nicole Small does.

Idk Idk
For me, the story had me second guessing myself. It really sounds like the Butterfly series to me. I felt like this part of the story was kind of repetitive of what I’d already read in the other books. I love this series but this one didn’t do it for me.

Not what I expected for the Okafors
First never use this narrator again for the Okafors I, like Cary Hite but not for the Okafors Nicole Smalls does it best. This was a very different side of the Okafor family I'm glad to see them win for once and not have so much loss, over all it was a good book

Loved the book...
I had the privilege to read this book when it was first released. I am a a big fan and loved all the Ethic storylines.
My only but is the narrator. Nicole Small read the other books in a way that differentiated between male and female and different characters. Even iiKane on Ethnic 1 was better. This narrator was not a good fit. However the story it self helped mask his narration.

Christmas with the Okafors Review
I just finished listening to Christmas with the Okafors. It was real good. I had waited for it to come out on audiobook because I normally don’t have enough time to sit down and hold a book.
I really enjoyed listening. I wish I had of listened to it before Butterfly but oh well. It had some events that took place that I would have never known.
It goes to show something bad like an accident can make something good happen. It can bring a family closer together. You learn to love the people around you that you thought you never could.
Now I’m waiting on Butterfly 3.
