Alice

My name is Alice, and I live in the Bugpocalypse.

I survived my first post-apocalyptic winter, and spring is here. That’s bad news! With warm weather comes the endless swarms of deadly bugs.

The "bugpocalypse" was an interesting story, bringing to mind the chain reaction of introducing invasive species to solve a problem, and what that hubris can cause (alien planet destroyed by biological weapon that is the Scourge?). The MMC was delightful and appealing wish-fulfillment and Alice behaved really logically (an achievement in some "romcom"s). Also the voice actors were superb!

Great story a little short, wish you could spend more time with characters as relationships developed ... amazing book in the series or as a standalone. Narrators Troy Duran and Keira Stevens brought a dark and steamy energy. Passionate from start to finish can't wait for the next book.
