I was so engrossed in this story/book that I listened all night! Performances were excellent as was the descriptions of scenery and landscape. I could visualize everything (including Logan!) in my mind. Steamy and sensual in the right places! Loved the simple twists and turns and the HEA! Definitely worth a credit. Relax, settle in and enjoy a great story! You’ll be smilin ear-to-ear afterwards.

This is one of my most enjoyable listens of 2022. A slow burn with a beautiful build to their relationship that allowed for really getting to know the MC and their friends and family without ever losing my interest or getting boring. This is my first book by this author but I can say that their writing style makes Nicky James one of my new favorites. Not a lot of spicy scenes but they were hot and well worth the wait.
Loved that the MC were 35 and 38 years old.
Percy and Logan... what can I say...seriously I don't think I have read a book with a more adorable child than Percy and Logan tops my favorite all time animal character. Yep I loved them so much ❤️

Audion Review
🎧⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nick J. Russo did a incredible job narrating. It took me a couple chapters to settle into the character's voices and then I couldn't get enough. The gentleness at times, the emotion in his tones and the cadence was entrancing.

This is one of my most enjoyable listens of 2022.

Really loved the story line, especially that it’s set in my home province of Alberta. That said, we have many ranches and farmland out here but can’t say any of the people out there speak in a southern cowboy accent. Especially in Jasper!

I listened to it twice since getting it because I enjoyed the story, tension, then the passion wanted me to come back for more. And as someone who lives in Edmonton it was nice to have a story so close to home.

This is a fantastically written book. Being from the mountains, and close to Jasper made this book all the better. Touching and warm, at times it brought tears welling up. Great story and superbly written and narrated. Definitely worth the read!
