Publisher's Summary
Is it snark if you're a dragon?
Nico, a young dragon of barely fifty, is rudely chased from his home by a group of murderous adventurers. Of his entire clutch, only he and one sister remained, but now he is alone. Isolated and hungry, Nico’s magic awakens, bonding him with Cami, a brave young woman.
To hide from the adventurers’ pursuit, Nico takes on human form. However, once they discover that both he and Cami have magical abilities, they are required by law to attend the Imperial Academy.
Of course, he has to hide his true nature, which isn't always easy given a dragon-sized ego.

an okay story. but
the ideas are good and some of the characters are interesting but I came away with the feeling of being unsatisfied. I would not recommend for older readers 30 or older. 29 or younger would probley like the book just fine.

It’s too slow
The narration speed makes you jump some parts and discard any development that happens in them just because the monologue about unimportant stuff goes for half of the chapter

Not my cup if tea
22 chapters in, and I've yet to be grabbed. Cam is hard to like--regularly getting mad and telling the dragon what to do. The dragon on the other hand, rapidly becomes a huge simp for her and predictably caves to all her desires.
