I stopped listening after realizing the first part of the book is extremely repetitive and repeatedly tells you what the book WILL do, but fails to do so in a timely manner. I'm sure the last half is very beneficial, but the start is grueling.

If you get beyond the dramatics and language in some parts this book has a lot of substance and real good info that can be applied in your life if you listen with an open heart and mind.

I have learned to listen to my feelings and to my mind and to my body and I have learned how to respond in a healthy way. for everything/anything life throws at me, or what people throw at me, This book has given me confidence to harness my emotions and my mind rather than be afraid of them.
I have also gained a much better understanding of the relationship between mind, emotions, feelings, choices, and behavior
