Thursdays aren't simply another day of the week for Amy Spencer and Ellis Hall. Thursday afternoons sizzle with no-strings sex for the two women, who meet each week in a hotel room to forget their past - and their present. The arrangement works perfectly for Amy, a busy surgeon who's still smarting from a failed relationship. For Ellis, Thursday afternoons act as a pressure valve from her cutthroat job and mistakes in her personal life she's trying to rectify. Soon they discover that their outside worlds are on a collision course with the carefully constructed world they've created.

Bravo Rachel & Ann
I have listened to several of Rachel's books and while I have enjoyed them all, however, this one
is head and shoulders above the rest! You hear the writer's growth in this work. The character development for Kelly and Elliot was thoughtful and well explored. The supporting characters were woven into the story in enlightening ways. not to much development for them, just the right amount to serve their roles. Great story and excellent narration. I would recommend this book to friend and foe alike! Superlative!

Wonderful story
I always find Rachel's books interesting. This one wasn't any different. I like to read about complex characters, the issues they have and how they overcome all that to create the happy ending.
I was not disappointed in this book at all. The complexity of Kelly made me think. How many more of Kelly’s there is? I am happy she came to her senses though. I was even happy that neither give up on their dreams.
