It would have been a more enjoyable read if Kirsten Dewar had tried to sound more masculine while reading the many male characters. Or there was a male story teller as well.

It was an interesting premise and characters. It moved quickly.

The story was a bit over the top and there was not enough emotion in the characters. The audio performance was hard for me to listen to. She has a beautiful clear voice but she mispronounced several words and that was distracting and difficult to listen to.
