A path for solution-building

How you frame your questions and where you focus your curiosities will evoke very different responses and different paths forward. What answer might you get if you ask what matters instead of what’s the matter? Dr. Moon’s solution-focused coaching techniques help you identify a preferred future, which can prove much more useful than trying to dissect what went wrong. A paradigm shift for approaching analysis and introspection.

A Life-Changing Book

I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m making an exception for this book. I own a printed copy and it has been my steady companion on my travels around the world. I’ve read the book through several times, and referenced parts of it many more times. From the title you might think this is only for coaches, but it is in fact for everyone.

The words in this book will construct in you a way of thinking and being that will make your conversations come alive in new ways. Simple everyday words you already know will turn the story of your life into an everyday adventure in purpose, possibilities and progress as you learn how to use them skillfully in everyday conversation. Yes, I said everyday three times - because this book is that practical and powerful in the difference it can make in your life and others if you will let it.

As for the narration - it is read by the author, which means it is read precisely the way it should be read. I wouldn’t want to listen to it any other way.
