Not bad not great

Could be used in the professional fields as a source of reference for sure. But as. Self help it kind of rationed everything in a broad inconclusive way like ok great info then trails off.... To reiterate the exact thing one already knows.. as it is their reading this book for that purpose... Just not concluding thoughts except to journal your entire day away...
