Publisher's Summary
If you're anything like Kerri Pomarolli, you've read Proverbs 31 and thought, "Who is this woman? And what kind of magic unicorn, Energizer Bunny juice does she have on IV?"
As a sought-after comedian living in LA, Kerri knows about impossible standards. "I don't plow, and I don't rise early. When it says she gathers her food from afar, does that mean takeout...?"
In Confessions of a Proverbs 32 Woman, Kerri fearlessly shares the messiness of her own life with wit and honesty. Join her as she delves into the struggles of the modern woman tired of trying and failing to live up to Pinterest-looking, air-brushed, and insta-filtered "real life" role models telling her she's not quite good enough. And learn the two things you can hold onto for longer than your smartphone: genuine self-awareness and humble God-awareness.
Kerri is a self-proclaimed hot mess for Jesus who has learned that God never said our lives would be mess-less, but He also never intended for us to wallow forever without a way through. When you're at your most hopeless, God and His Word will meet you in there, where you'll find, as Kerri has, that this #hotmess4Jesus thing really can be the best possible life to live.

Good for New Christians
this started really good and the author/ narrator was upbeat throughout. some parts of the book dressed with White privilege and as it neared the end the upbeat narration started drip with a tone self-righteousness. also, this book is filled with new Christian 101 kind of information and does not contain any helpful points for someone trying to grow I'm Christ.

I’m a #HotMess4Jesus
Ms. Pomarolli has cornered the market on humor and great storytelling! No matter your age, married or single, with or without children, you can relate to one or all of her stories. I most especially related to being a #HotMess4Jesus! Her honesty and transparency is what drew me into this book. I laughed until I cried, and cried until I laughed! You won’t be disappointed! And when you’ve read it, reread it! Thank you Kerri, I feel like I can call you Kerri after reading you book, for sharing your experiences with grace, mercy, wit, and most of all love.

Messed up to Blessed up (Words of truth)
I have been hesitant to start audio books for I love reading them myself. Then theres busy life of a mom and homeschooling mom! so I gave it a try, and it was the best decision I must say! great book, great reader! great writer! I stay busy with my kids and over all life and feel I never have time to go anywhere, nor do I even want to!! only to find myself after this book, WANTING TO GO TO AFRICA! And not for the vacation! I have no desire for living up the vacation life... I'm a home body. I'd rather stay here and (keep my kids safe from the worldly things) as much as possible anyways! I cant help but let the tears rain knowing I could be there in Africa or anywhere else really, making a difference.... but I dont even know how! being able to hear this book read to me has opened a new chapter in my heart. probably one that wouldnt have been opened had i read this on my own. So thank you, to everyone who made it possible, especially Thanks to God!
