People management

This book seems to be about cultist, feeding and dealing with relationships on a construction project. It has little or nothing to do with actual construction project management. This is about having good relationships, becoming a good leader and actually just being a good employer or contractors you should not use the word construction in the title of this book, the skills taught in this book applies to many many many industries, not specifically construction.
