great learning tool designed to make memorizing very easy. I recommend this book and also Volume 1 of the same name and author for anyone wishing to learn latin-american spanish. Fantastico!

To repeat helps to learn and understand but when you repeat the same 7-8 sentences for an hour it's a bit exagerated. Because of that I give a 3 stars
