Publisher's Summary

Is conversational Spanish turning a little too tricky for you? Do you have no idea on how to order a meal or book a room at a hotel?

If your answer to any of the previous questions was "Yes", then this audiobook is for you!

"How do I get out of this situation?" many students ask themselves, to no avail, but no answer is forthcoming. Until now.

We have compiled more than 100 Spanish stories for beginners along with their translations, allowing new Spanish speakers to have the necessary tools to begin studying how to set a meeting, rent a car, or tell a doctor they don’t feel well! We’re not wasting time here with conversations that don’t go anywhere: If you want to know how to solve problems (while learning a ton of Spanish along the way, obviously), this audiobook is for you!

How Conversational Spanish Dialogues works:

  • Each new chapter will have a fresh, new story between two people who wish to solve a common day-to-day issue you will surely encounter in real life.
  • A Spanish version of the conversation will take place first, followed by an English translation. This ensures you fully understood just what it was they were saying!
  • Before and after the main section of the audiobook, we shall provide you with an introduction and conclusion that will offer you important strategies, tips, and tricks to allow you to get the absolute most out of this learning material.
  • That’s about it! Simple, useful, and incredibly helpful; you will not need another conversational Spanish guide once you have begun listening to and studying this one!

We want you to feel comfortable while learning the tongue; after all, no language should be a barrier for you to travel around the world and expand your social circles!

So look no further! Pick up your copy of Conversational Spanish Dialogues and start learning Spanish right now!

Wish I had this in school

Lots of small conversations that give you a feel of how a normal convo should go definitely helps improve your Spanglish.

It won’t make you fluent but it’s a start

Good, but should mention other book should be 1st

I wish I knew to get "2000 Most Common Spanish Words in Context " first. I'm still using that to learn Spanish words, then will use this for the phrases. I like the way the other book is set up. This one has a page of conversation in Spanish, then a page in English. The PDFs are really cool.
The "2000..." book goes sentence by sentence and is much better for learning.
This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.

Loved this one - it helped me with my fluency and getting a grasp on the conversational side of the language. An extra bonus is how the book uses common situations of all kinds.

Excellent way to learn Spanish!

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

I'm working hard to improve my Spanish conversation skills, and audiobooks have been a godsend in that regard. They're much easier to listen to during long commutes.

In particular, I'd like to move past individual words into having coherent conversations. This audiobook fills that need perfectly. I want to learn how to speak normally, and this gives me tons of opportunities to practice.

Definitely recommend this book.

Exactly what I needed at the beginner level!!!

There are so many "Short Stories for Beginner" audio books out there that it becomes difficult to choose which one. What I like about this book is that it gives you a tonne of different conversational scenarios to learn from. As a beginning spanish learner, I find it difficult to open up the scope of a conversation beyond your typical "Hola, como estas", "muy bien, gracias" pleasentries. This audio books gives you so much to think about and learn from. If you apply yourself, I'm confident you will improve your ability to go beyond the very basics, thus improving your confidence.

What I also like about this book is that you don't have to start in the beginning. You can pick and choose the conversion you want to focus on. It provide both Spanish and English translations of the conversation so you can go back and forth between them to gain a better understanding of what is being said.

While the conversations don't sound as "natural" as I would like (as they sound somewhat scripted), I would definitely recommend this for beginner Spanish learners. It exposes you to enough variances in conversations for you to learn from, therefore allowing you to increase your vocabulary.

Looking forward to other books from Lingo Mastery!

good idea but....

I will refer to this review as a Spanish teacher and as a translator.... this is why I can't be detached from the subject....
so my thoughts about the book:
The idea was good. I don't think it wasn't a good idea.
I do think it's a little bit confusing, because you are hearing a full conversation. and only then you're hearing the translation... so it's a little bit confusing because , people that don't know the language can be mistaken.
it was a very specific concept and, I don't think it's wrong..... because you need to listen to the language to learn it ...
but I think that the approach of this book isn't the most smart one because, you need to explain what are you listening to.... not just translate it... especially when the Spanish language is a language of dialect.... and a lot of them (more then 20).... the author didn't refer to which dialect he will teach you.... if someone will learn Spanish from this specific book for example.... and will fly to Chile he wouldn't understand anything (almost) and this is why it's very important to refer to the dialect ...to refer to the method ....before you're starting to teach.... and it's very light and nice, but as a teacher to children and adults.. I don't think it's enough and maybe I'm mistaking ....because it's a language ....and you have a lot of ways to teach the specific art of culture and languages...
but after all I will try to use the book for children that know some basics.
if you have some basics it could be good for you.
