Comprehensive as a textbook and compelling as fiction

I picked up this book out of curiosity to see how it corresponded to my ten years in turnaround / performance improvement and my thirty plus years in manufacturing management. While the listening was enjoyable and informative, I have resolved to buy the book for my tablet so I can annotate. Jeff Sands distills his broad experience into comprehensive checklists of what to do and how to do it.

I recommend this book to anyone in a position of responsibility for a company facing a crisis of liquidity.

Not a practical guide.

Talks almost exclusively about the legal and accounting aspects. I was looking for an extenve cover of business how to. I feel I didn't get that.
